Lawrence, serving as the most active player in the MBL, has played 4 games or TWO GAME SESSIONS in this league. In those four games, he'd shown flashes of being a growing duelist, capable of scoring high volumes while defending. In fact, as of this very moment, Lawrence's last two games had resulted in back-to-back 20+ BLKS, now possessing the league record (and the highest block count in one game across ALL LEAGUES) of 27 BLOCKS while recording another 20 BLOCKS the very next game. However, the issue is... The Warriors are currently on a 0-3 losing streak.
While showing flashes of potential greatness, more experience is needed. After all, against @Blue Ballers player Grenada, who's been a serviceable player in both PBL and NBL, Lawrence lost TWO (2) 2-0 leads in both games. In the MBL, time isn't of the essence compared to the NBL and NCBA, its game structure resembling PBL games instead. And so, as leads are created, one must have the grit to FINISH the games, or else pay the price of losing leads.
However, we trust that Lawrence will continue his impressive 1-v-1 skills at the pro level, as this is his first taste at a semi-pro league. More records will be broken as more players enter the games, as the MBL continues to serve as a sneak-peak towards the big leagues.
